Q:Can I register multiple PhotonPay members using the same documents?
A:You can't. Only one PhotonPay member can be registered with one mobile phone number and identity information. identity verification will be authenticated once uploaded and cannot be used to authenticate other PhotonPay members

Q:How long does it take to activate a global account after the store is approved?
A:International Bank of Chicago account activation time: T+1, all other accounts: T+0.
Account Transaction History Query
Q:How can I download the transaction details?
A:Log in to PhotonPay, click on "Account" and select "Export Transaction Details" in the upper right corner.

Q:Why do I get an "Error processing" error when submitting a site application in the PhotonPay platform?
A:This error message indicates that the payment service KYC information submitted on the PhotonPay merchant platform has not been reviewed and approved yet. You need to check the review status and any feedback. Once approved, you can submit the website application normally.
Edit Nickname
Q: Can I set custom groups for cards?
A:Yes, you can log in to the PhotonPay merchant backend, click "Issuing" - "All Cards" page - the upper right corner [...] - edit nickname, and set a custom nickname for a single card. After setting, you can group and filter according to the card nickname.

Q:What should I do if I forget the 6-digit fixed verification code?
A:If you forget it, you can reset it in "Settings" - "Team Security Verification"- "Team verification code".
